Customers

The club on our card has three leaves. We think of them as three groups of people, brought together.
We have customers
Our first customers are our readers: the drivers and passengers who use our sites to plan journeys and get round delays. Our second customers are advertisers, who want to reach those readers. We keep both in mind with every page we build, because a site that serves its readers badly is no use to an advertiser either.
You have customers
Every advertiser has customers of their own, and those are the people who matter most to you. So what we provide has to help you reach them, and the measure of whether it works is whether it helps your business. We start from your customers’ needs, and build our solutions and our approach around helping you serve them.
Brought together
Reader, advertiser and publisher: the three leaves of the club. When an advert is relevant to the journey someone is making, all three gain. The reader finds something useful, the advertiser finds a customer, and the website earns its place.
♣ Our customers
Readers on the road, and the advertisers who want to reach them.
♣ Your customers
The people you want to reach, and the reason everything we build is customer-focused.
